All ticket reservations must be completed at least 24 hrs prior to the event date. This policy ensures adequate time for processing, confirmation, and ticket preparation. Tickets for same-day events may still be available for direct purchase in-store, subject to availability. If reservation is made for a same-day event, the fee will not be refunded. However, the full amount will be issued as a credit, which may be applied toward an event of your choice, subject to availability.
