Ticketpoint is a point-of-sale service that provides a welcoming space for fans to enjoy the excitement of music and events. Please note that all event details—including ticket prices, quantities, sale phases, and any price changes—are determined entirely by the event promoter or organizing entity. Ticketpoint does not organize events, and does not own the tickets. Our sole responsibility is to sell tickets in accordance with the instructions provided by the promoter.

To ensure fairness during special sales, Ticketpoint may apply purchase limits (for example, a maximum of two tickets per person per sale phase). This means a customer wishing to purchase multiple tickets may do so across different phases, subject to availability. Due to high demand, tickets may sell out sooner than expected.

Regular ticket prices are displayed on our website to ensure that customers who make the effort to visit Ticketpoint have a fair opportunity to purchase discounted or special-phase tickets. Without this system, special-price tickets could sell out immediately. Can I buy my tickets online?

Accepted Answer

You can buy them online, but must pickup in store. There will be no digital tickets issued. All tickets must be picked up in-store prior to the event- during our business hours. Failure to pick up your ticket before the event during our business hours will result in no refund.

Payment Link: Any ticket or ticket reservation. Purchase  is final, only when the bank has cleared the funds.

Product and Checkout: We offer immediate cart and checkout options for a quick and easy purchase experience. These options are only available for curated events.

Event Ticket Reservation – Pay at Pickup! Reserve your event tickets and complete payment when you pick them up at our store in Zeelandia. You can only reserve tickets that are in stock.

How will I get my ticket?

When you paid online and funds are cleared you can pick-up your ticket at our store at your convenient time. Purchasing a ticket gives you unlimited time, while reserving a ticket only gives you 20 business days (**depending on event type).

Ticket Purchase vs. Reservation:
Purchased Tickets: Offer unlimited validity, allowing you to pick up your ticket at any time during store hours.​
Reserved Tickets: Must be picked up within 20 business days to remain valid, ensuring the ticket is used in a timely manner.​ This ensures that tickets are available for other attendees if not collected promptly.

Can you sell my ticket?

Accepted Answer

Yes sure! If you are not able to go to the event anymore, we can sell your ticket! Your ticket(s) must be in pristine condition, with no cracks or folds. Please visit our store for further details.

Can I upgrade my ticket?

Accepted Answer

Ticketpoint Curaçao offers the option to upgrade a General Admission ticket to VIP tickets, if available. Please ensure your ticket(s) are in pristine condition, with no cracks or folds, as damaged tickets will not be eligible for upgrades. *An upgrade fee of XCG 2,65 incl. OB per ticket will apply.

Important: Upgrades are only available for tickets purchased directly at the Ticketpoint Curaçao store in Zeelandia. Upgrades are subject to availability and can only be processed after security checks have been completed.

Ticketpoint branded tickets?

Occasionally you might purchase a Ticketpoint branded ticket. This is when our outlet/platform facilitates the printing of the tickets. You will recognize such ticket with the Ticketpoint logo on the back side. These tickets come with rules and regulations:

This ticket is a revocable license for entry to the event shown on the front. Admission is subject to venue and organizer rules. Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or removal without refund.
This ticket must be presented for entry. Each ticket number is unique; copies or duplicates will be reported to law enforcement.
No refunds or exchanges unless the event is cancelled. Event details (date, time, lineup) are subject to change.
Eventual refunds are the responsibility of the event organizer.
By attending the event, the holder agrees to security checks and consents to being photographed or recorded for promotional use.
No weapons, illegal substances, or prohibited items are allowed.
