Can I upgrade my ticket?Ticketpoint Curaçao offers the option to upgrade a General Admission ticket to VIP tickets, if available. Please ensure your ticket(s) are in pristine condition, with no cracks or folds, as damaged tickets will not be eligible for upgrades. *An upgrade fee of XCG 2,65 incl. OB per ticket will apply. Important: Upgrades are only available for tickets purchased directly at the Ticketpoint Curaçao store in Zeelandia. Upgrades are subject to availability and can only be processed after security checks have been completed.

Can I buy my tickets online?You can buy them online, but must pickup in store. There will be no digital tickets issued. All tickets must be picked up in-store prior to the event- during our business hours. Failure to pick up your ticket before the event during our business hours will result in no refund. Payment Link: Any ticket or ticket reservation. Purchase is final, only when the bank has cleared the funds. Product and Checkout: We offer immediate cart and checkout options for a quick and easy purchase experience. How will I get my ticket?When you paid online and funds are cleared you can pick-up your ticket at our store at your convenient time. Purchasing a ticket gives you unlimited time, while reserving a ticket only gives you 5 business days. Ticket Purchase vs. Reservation: Purchased Tickets: Offer unlimited validity, allowing you to pick up your ticket at any time during store hours. Reserved Tickets: Must be picked up within 5 business days to remain valid, ensuring the ticket is used in a timely manner. This ensures that tickets are available for other attendees if not collected promptly.

Can I pay with both ANG and XCG in the same transaction?This is possible, until June 30, 2025. Ticketpoint Curacao will also return ANG, if XCG is not available to the cashier at the time of the transaction. It’s also possible to combine the ANG + XCG currency. (Until June 30, 2025). Are you only accepting XCG, Caribbean Guilder?As of March 31, 2025 the Central Bank will replace the Netherlands Antillean Guilder (ANG) for the Caribbean Guilder (XCG) as the official currency for Curaçao and Sint Maarten. During the three-month transition period, both ANG and XCG will be accepted for all purchases. After June 30, 2025 only XCG will be accepted. Why can't I reserve for my desired event?Reserve your ticket for Cg 3,18 *per ticket. If the website is not taking any more submissions we reached a maximum of reservations for that event! Please visit our store. Please note that reservations for events taking place on the same day—particularly those scheduled for this evening—are not permitted. All ticket reservations must be completed at least 24 hrs prior to the event date. This policy ensures adequate time for processing, confirmation, and ticket preparation. Tickets for same-day events may still be available for direct purchase in-store, subject to availability. If reservation is made for a same-day event, the fee will not be refunded. However, the full amount will be issued as a credit, which may be applied toward an event of your choice, subject to availability.

Is your payment link safe?Most definitely! We use a Sentoo payment link which will open directly into your preferred bank. Your order will be ready for pick-up the next business day. Reservation fees are non-refundable.

Tickets can be collected at your convenience from our store in Zeelandia, where full payment of ticket will be completed. Please note: Reservation fees are non-refundable, even if the ticket is not picked up. Reserving Out-of-Stock Tickets🚨 If a ticket is marked as out of stock online, it cannot be reserved. Any attempt to reserve an out-of-stock ticket will be considered invalid and is non-refundable. Exception: If you receive a reservation link directly from our store staff via WhatsApp, it means that while the ticket is unavailable online, there are still some available at our store at Zeelandia Mall. In this case, your reservation is valid. Using Manual Payment: After receiving your email, we'll send you a payment link which is valid for 1 day. Your tickets will be ready for pick-up and final payment at our store.

What is my final payment at your store?When you complete your final ticket payment at our store, you’ll pay the exact same price you reserved—even if ticket prices have gone up since! That means if you reserved an early-bird ticket, you’ll still pay the early-bird price at pick-up. Please note: Tickets must be picked up within 5 business days of your reservation. Your reservation fee is non-refundable and will not be applied toward the final ticket price.

Are you open on Monday'sOn Monday we do Online Sales only. Our store is open on Tuesday/Wednesday from 12:00 - 16:00, and on Thursday/Friday/Saturday from 12:00 - 18:15*. Please note we sometimes have special sales events. Follow our Instagram @ticketpointcw for daily updates.

What's Your Return Policy?All sales are final: Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be returned or refunded unless the event is cancelled by the organizer/promoter. Event Cancellation: In the case of a cancelled event, a 100% refund will be issued. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, unless said otherwise. Reservation Fees: Any reservation fees paid at the time of booking are non-refundable, regardless of whether the ticket is picked up or not. Ticket Pickup: Tickets must be picked up in person from our store in Zeelandia. Please collect your ticket within 5 business days from the date of reservation. No Refund for Non-Pickup: Tickets will not be refunded if they are not picked up before the event and within business hours. Store Visit: If the event is no longer available online or you missed the reservation window, please visit our store directly for assistance.

Using a Debit / Credit Card?Payment with both international and local credit or debit cards is totally possible. Swiping of a Meastro (Debit) card is totally free! However, a 5% surcharge applies to any credit card—foreign or local—and when a currency conversion to USD is required. To avoid this fee, we encourage you to use a Maestro card whenever possible, it's free!

When will funds be transfered?After your event, Ticketpoint will send you a Pay-out Sheet with ticket sales, commission, and banking fees. Payouts are processed within 3 business days (Tuesday–Thursday) following your event. *Card payments are accepted. International fees are the organizer’s responsibility.

How can I sell my tickets?We’ve made the process easy and straightforward. Just bring your tickets and complete a form with your organization details, contact information including banking info etc. A minimum of 50 tickets is required. Full details will be provided in-store. A full commission structure - starting at Cg 1.86 per tickets- is available in store. Ticketpoint is an excellent choice for promoters selling tickets to their events. With the founder’s extensive background in marketing and broadcasting, you’re guaranteed top-tier service and a solid return on your investment.

Digital vs Hard Copy ticketsWe’re currently offering hard-copy ticket service only, which means tickets are available for online purchase/payment, but clients must pick them up at our store. We want to make sure our clients have an incredible event experience at our beautiful store in Zeelandia!
